CEEYS release their new album “WÆNDE”

A prefabricated housing estate in Marzahn-Hellersdorf in Berlin during the 1980s and 1990s: The brothers Daniel and Sebastian Selke are still growing up in the former GDR, trapped by the Wall. Now, more than 25 years later, they are processing their memories, impressions and feelings of their childhood in times of upheaval with their new album "WÆNDE". The album is now available everywhere.

The cello-piano duo fascinates with a mixture of experimental but accessible minimalism between avant-garde and pop, combined with elements of jazz, ambient and classical chamber music.

The album "WÆNDE" fascinates not only with its music, but is also enriched with photographs from that record-making period, which reflect the interplay of walls and turn of the century.
